Nail down those definitions |
Be able to calculate the following in the exams:
In your learning targets, pick out all of the assessment statements that require a calculation or a unit. Test yourself on the correct way to write each unit and its use. Know your way around your calculator and pay attention if the question asks you to show your working. |
Define is a ‘simple’ objective 1 command term… but you must be precise in your answers. Definitions are also a great start to review.

Multiple questions will ask you to refer to specific Case Studies (ie examples) of named places, organizations, historical events etc that you can point to ask examples to defend your answers. Have some very specific examples that you can use throughout the test.
Case Study List (List of things you should have SPECIFIC examples for) This includes knowing your Pollution Management Levels AND having specific strategies at each level for any form of pollution. (See case study list for specifics)

Topic 1.2 deals with systems and models. Be able to explain/ draw a system diagram for each of the following things. This includes being able to name and label inputs, outputs, transfers, transformations, storages and flows.

Extended Response
Paper 2, Part B
In paper 2 section B, you are required to answer two extended response questions. These are worth 20 marks each. The questions are broken into 3 parts each. You must answer ALL of two different questions.
